swity turns a photograph on a wall into a page somebody can open by holding a phone near the small code beside it. You build the page in the app; anyone who scans the code opens it in their browser, with nothing to install.

Getting started

Build a page. Photographs, a few words, your links.
Publish it and write the tag. The app gives you a QR code to print, and writes an NFC tag if you have one.
Put it beside the work. Anyone who scans it lands on your page, and you see the scans in the app.

Common questions

Does a visitor need the app?

No. Scanning opens an ordinary web page in their browser. The app is for you, to build and manage your pages.

What is on my public page?

What you put there: your photographs, your words, your links and the name and handle on your profile. Nothing else from your account is public. Your email address is never shown.

My page address

Your work lives at swity.app/your-handle. Renaming a piece does not change the address a printed code points at, so a code already on a wall keeps working.

I did not get the confirmation email

Check the spam folder first, and that the address has no typo. The link works once and expires after 24 hours; if it has expired, sign up again with the same address. Still nothing after a few minutes? Write to us and we will confirm the account by hand.

I forgot my password

Choose Continue with email, enter your address, then Forgot your password?. The link we send is good for an hour and can be used once.

Plans, and what happens if I stop paying

swity is free with a small number of published pages. Paid plans raise that limit and remove the swity mark from your pages. If a plan ends, nothing is deleted: pages beyond the free limit stop being public and go back to being drafts, and their codes stop resolving until you publish again.

Cancelling or changing a subscription

Subscriptions are sold through the App Store, so you manage them in your Apple Account settings rather than here: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the period you have paid for ends. If you have paid and the app has not caught up, use Restore purchases on the Plans screen.

Refunds

Apple is the seller for anything bought inside the app and handles refunds under its own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one ourselves, but write to us if something went wrong and we will help you make the request.

Deleting my account

Settings, then Delete account. It removes your profile, your pages and the photographs and audio on them, and any code beside your work stops resolving. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as a report and what we decided about it.

Reporting something on a page

Use the report link at the foot of any public page, or write to report@swity.app with the link and what is wrong with it. A person reads every report and tells you the outcome.

What you need to run it

An iPhone on a current version of iOS. Writing an NFC tag needs a model with NFC, which is every iPhone from the 7 onwards; QR codes work regardless.

Write to contact@swity.app, in English or Polish. Tell us your handle and what you were doing when it went wrong, and a screenshot if you have one. We answer within two working days, and sooner when something is broken rather than confusing.
