Point of contact

You can reach us in English or Polish at contact@swity.app. This is also our point of contact for authorities and for recipients of the service under the EU Digital Services Act, and for removal orders under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on terrorist content online.

Reporting illegal or harmful content

To report content on a swity page, email report@swity.app and include:

• the link (URL) to the content,
• a short explanation of why it’s illegal or breaks our Guidelines,
• and how we can reach you if we need more information.

We review reports and, where content is illegal or violates our Guidelines, act on it and tell the people involved the outcome and their options.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

CSAM is illegal and has no place on swity. If you encounter it, you can also report it directly to Dyżurnet.pl (NASK). We remove such material, preserve the necessary evidence, and report it to the competent authorities.

Copyright and other rights

If content infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email report@swity.app with the link, a description of the right and your contact details, and a statement that you’re entitled to act. We’ll remove infringing content and can act against repeat infringers.
