Community Guidelines

swity is a general-audience platform for showing creative work. Anything you publish can be seen by anyone with the link, so the rule is a simple one: keep it lawful, and keep it suitable for a general audience. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
- Sexual content: no pornography, sexual acts, explicit nudity, or imagery whose purpose is arousal rather than depiction. Fashion, portrait, dance and fine-art photography are welcome, and that includes swimwear, lingerie and bare skin. We judge how a picture is treated, not how much of a person it shows. These allowances apply to adults only.
- Child safety: absolutely no content that sexualises or endangers minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the authorities and preserved as required by law.
- Graphic violence: no gore, or content glorifying or inciting violence.
- Hate and harassment: no attacks on people based on who they are, and no bullying, threats or harassment.
- Illegal content and activity: nothing that breaks the law, including terrorist content, or the sale of illegal goods.
- Others’ rights: don’t post content you don’t have the rights to, and don’t infringe copyright, trademarks or someone’s privacy.
- Impersonation and deception: don’t pretend to be someone else or mislead visitors.
- Spam and malware: no spam, scams, malicious links or attempts to abuse the service.
What happens if content breaks the rules
Depending on the severity, we may remove the content, disable the associated tags, limit or suspend the account, or, for illegal content, report it to and preserve it for the competent authorities. Serious or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban.

Appeals
If we act on your content and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we send, or contact contact@swity.app, and we’ll take another look.
