VAT invoices
Last updated 11 September 2026
swity subscriptions are bought through Apple’s App Store, so Apple issues the invoice rather than us. Here is exactly where to find it.
Where the invoice is
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that bought the subscription.
- Open Purchases and find the swity subscription.
- Open Invoices → Invoice → VAT Invoices.
- Download the PDF for the period you need.
The confirmation email is not an invoice
The email Apple sends after a purchase is a receipt. Most accountants will not accept it as a VAT invoice, so use the PDF from VAT Invoices instead.
Your company tax number
Apple does not hold a company tax number against a personal Apple Account, so the invoice arrives without one. Add your own tax number (in Poland, the NIP) when you file it.
If you are buying as a business
The seller shown on the invoice is Apple Distribution International Ltd. in Ireland, so how the purchase should be accounted for depends on where your business is registered. Please check the correct treatment with your accountant or tax adviser. We are not tax advisers and nothing on this page is tax advice.
Buying without the App Store
Institutions and organisations that cannot purchase through the App Store can be set up on a custom plan and invoiced directly by us, on terms we agree with you. Write to hello@swity.app and tell us what you need.
